These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Fishbattery, including the website, launcher, and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Fishbattery provides a Minecraft launcher with optional account features and optional premium features. Core launcher functionality remains free. Features may change over time as the Service evolves.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Fishbattery. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us as soon as possible at support@fishbattery.app.
We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse, fraud, harassment, or attacks on service integrity.
Fishbattery grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. You may not resell, rent, or provide access to the Service to others as a paid service without written permission.
You agree not to:
- Attempt to bypass authentication, subscription checks, consent controls, or security controls
- Reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the Service in a way that compromises security or premium checks
- Distribute malware, exploit the Service, or disrupt other users
- Use the Service for illegal activity or to violate third-party terms (including Mojang/Microsoft terms)
- Abuse rate limits, scrape endpoints, or automate requests in a way that harms the platform
- Use Fishbattery to harass, threaten, or impersonate others
Premium is optional. Subscription charges and billing are handled by Stripe. Pricing and plan details are shown in the launcher and during checkout.
Subscriptions typically renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Premium benefits may change as features are improved or replaced, but we will aim to keep changes reasonable.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal or your account settings (where available). Subscription access remains active until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis, except where required by law. If you believe you were billed incorrectly, contact support@fishbattery.app.
Fishbattery does not claim ownership of third-party mods, modpacks, or game assets. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with creator licenses and platform terms.
Fishbattery may provide tools to download or manage mods, but does not guarantee mod safety, compatibility, quality, legality, or availability. Mods are provided by third parties and you install and use them at your own risk.
The Service may integrate with third-party services (for example: Mojang/Microsoft login, Stripe payments, Modrinth/CurseForge APIs, or hosting providers). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.
Fishbattery is not responsible for outages, changes, or restrictions in third-party services.
We aim to keep Fishbattery available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
You may stop using Fishbattery at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service, users, or legal compliance.
Where reasonable, we may attempt to warn you before taking action. Termination may result in loss of access to premium features and/or account data, subject to the Privacy Policy.
"Fishbattery", Fishbattery logos, launcher name, and related brand assets are owned by Fishbattery (CVR: 46258037, Denmark). Third-party trademarks, game content, and mod content belong to their respective owners.
Nothing in these Terms grants any license to use Fishbattery branding beyond factual reference. You may not use Fishbattery branding in a way that implies affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or official status without written permission.
If you believe content, branding, or other materials associated with Fishbattery infringe your rights, or if you want to report abuse, contact support@fishbattery.app. Include the reported URL or identifier, the reason for the claim, and supporting evidence so we can investigate.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the launcher, services, or third-party integrations will be error-free, secure, or compatible with every system, Minecraft version, or mod setup.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fishbattery will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
In all cases, Fishbattery's total liability will be limited to the amount you paid to Fishbattery in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or 0 DKK if you did not pay), unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
If you are a consumer, you may have rights under mandatory consumer protection laws that cannot be limited by these Terms. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit those mandatory rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Significant changes will be communicated through the website or application.
A history of updates may be available through our GitHub repository.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, unless mandatory local consumer laws require otherwise.
