Fishbattery Affiliate Program Terms

These Affiliate Program Terms govern participation in the Fishbattery Affiliate Program. By applying, creating an affiliate account, or clicking “I agree”, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Purpose of the Program

The Program allows approved affiliates to promote Fishbattery Launcher using a unique referral link, code, or other approved tracking method. If an eligible customer purchases a qualifying premium subscription through that referral, the affiliate may earn commission under these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To participate, you must be at least 18 years old, or otherwise legally able to enter into binding agreements in your country, provide accurate account and payout information, comply with applicable laws and platform rules, and be approved by Fishbattery if the Program uses manual approval.

3. Affiliate Links and Tracking

You may only use referral methods issued or approved by Fishbattery. You may not alter, spoof, manipulate, or interfere with tracking links, cookies, attribution systems, or referral data. Fishbattery determines referrals and conversions using its internal tracking systems and records, which control unless clearly proven otherwise.

4. Commission

You earn commission only for valid qualifying conversions. A qualifying conversion is a premium subscription that was successfully tracked through your referral, paid in full, not refunded, reversed, disputed, or charged back, not fraudulent or self-referred, and otherwise valid under these Terms.

Default commission amount: USD $1.00 per valid premium subscription, unless Fishbattery confirms a different rate in writing.

5. No Commission on Invalid or Refunded Transactions

Fishbattery may withhold, reverse, or recover commission connected to any subscription that is later refunded, reversed, disputed, charged back, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise invalid. If such commission has already been paid, Fishbattery may deduct the amount from future payouts or require repayment where appropriate.

6. Payouts

Payouts are made only for earned, verified, and non-invalidated commission.

Payout schedule: monthly. Minimum payout threshold: USD $25.00. Payment methods may include PayPal, Stripe Connect, or bank transfer if supported by Fishbattery. Fishbattery may hold payouts for a reasonable review period, with a recommended hold period of 45 days after conversion before commission becomes payable.

7. Taxes

You are solely responsible for taxes, VAT, reporting obligations, and other charges arising from payments you receive under the Program. Fishbattery may request tax or identification information where required by law or by payment providers.

8. Acceptable Promotion

You may promote Fishbattery only in lawful, honest, and non-deceptive ways. You must not make false or misleading claims, impersonate Fishbattery, imply official endorsement without approval, use spam or bots, generate fake clicks or signups, abuse redirects, copy branding in a misleading way, or promote Fishbattery through illegal, hateful, abusive, pornographic, or otherwise harmful channels.

9. Creator and Influencer Disclosures

If you post affiliate links or promote Fishbattery in content, you are responsible for making proper disclosures such as “affiliate link,” “ad,” or “sponsored” where required by law or platform rules.

10. Brand Use

Fishbattery brand assets may only be used to participate in the Program and only in accurate, respectful ways. Fishbattery may revoke permission to use brand assets at any time. You may not register domains, usernames, or social handles that impersonate Fishbattery or present yourself as an official Fishbattery account or support team.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

Fishbattery may suspend, restrict, or terminate your participation at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, generate fraudulent or abusive referrals, fail to comply with disclosure obligations, harm Fishbattery’s reputation, or if Fishbattery changes or closes the Program.

12. No Guarantee of Earnings

Fishbattery does not guarantee minimum earnings, any number of conversions, or expected results from participating in the Program.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fishbattery is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to the Program. Fishbattery’s total liability will not exceed the total unpaid commission properly owed under these Terms.

14. Changes to the Program or Terms

Fishbattery may update, modify, pause, or end the Program or these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective when posted on the website or otherwise communicated. Continued participation after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Independent Relationship

Participation does not create any employment, partnership, agency, franchise, joint venture, or exclusive relationship between you and Fishbattery.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise. Disputes shall be handled in the appropriate courts of Denmark unless applicable law requires a different forum.
